Get paired up with a Mentor/Trainer and create a schedule to work with you through lifestyle coaching, nutrition, plus physical training online or in person. A more flexible route to achieving your goals with the added benefit of in-your-face accountability. Meet up at a gym, public setting, or in your own home to use the tools you already paid for.
